First things first: I am not a traditional triathlon coach. I do not prescribe workouts or put anything in Training Peaks. I am wholly focused on what's going on inside of your brain.
I will teach you how to train your brain like you train your body.
When I thought qualifying for Kona was purely based on physical talent, I resorted to believing I'd never be good enough.
I struggled with major insecurities and self-doubt.
I kept my goals small.
Until I learned that the majority of top athletic performance success is accounted for by mental factors. Except I was spending 100% of my time training the physical components.
I qualified for Kona "against the odds" without a resume of podium finishes or an athletic upbringing.
