Most of us experience the highs and lows of triathlon training. There are high highs and low lows. But that’s what keeps us coming back for more. We wouldn’t know the highs without the lows!
I have believed for a long time that Confidence makes the world go ‘round. That when we go after life with a certain level of Confidence, our life levels up.
I still believe that and now I believe that’s also possible with Self Confidence. A newly learned gem.
The Self Coaching Model is a tool that provides foundation for how we live. It shows us that all problems are thought problems and can be solved at the level of the mind. This tool does not solve our problems, it reveals them. It is equal parts simple, wildly difficult, and mind-blowing!
Whenever we decide to make a state of change or go to the next level, we will experience self doubt. It’s part of the deal and this is what keeps people from evolving because they don’t want to experience it. They don’t want to put themselves out there.
It’s one week after Ironman 70.3 CdA and it’s been a week of reflection, recovery and getting back into the swing of things. The body is starting to come back around and the mind is settled after finishing with a result that left much to be desired.
Commitment and massive action do not play well with the statement “I don’t want to.” Because ultimately, whether or not we want to do something needed on the way to our goals is completely irrelevant if we are truly committed.
